Using Manager Chat

To make sure that the games run smoothly, and that there's a real person on hand should you need them, we have a team of hosts constantly available for you to talk to in real time. To get in touch with a manager, just click on the button cryptically labelled "Manager Chat". A dialogue box will now open allowing you to chat directly and privately with a host.
